Open Position: Senior ISDA Attorney

Description:

Our client is a large international financial institution with it's US headquarters located in Midtown Manhattan. They are seeking an attorney admitted in New York.

Experience requirements:

Qualified applicants will have a minimum of six years experience working in the derivatives space.

Qualifications:

- Significant experience negotiating IDSA agreements and ancillary documentation in connection with complex financial transactions.
- Although this is not a compliance role, a working knowledge of the regulatory framework, including new collateral rules, is a big plus.
